Clash of Empires

Quest Background: The northernmost settlement has been prospering. There is one problem: it lies right in the middle of a war between Goblins and Ratmen who are bent on destroying one another.Objective: Destroy all Ratmen and goblin structures. For once, your two most common enemies are now fighting each other. The only problem is that you lie right in the middle of their two bases! You start with a temple to Fervus, so you can build four of them right away to get your palace to level two. However, cultists are not terribly useful on this map since neither goblin nor Ratmen are charmable (the giant rats, however, are) so there's no need to replace them if they are killed. Instead of relying on cultists, a good approach is to use Kryta and recruit priestesses, which are effective against hordes of weaker creatures. Once the Kryta temple and placed, preferably near the marketplace and with a guardhouse, you'll probably want to build a warriors guild by the marketplace and recruit WoDs. A note of warning though is that you should keep the "Call to Arms" handy in case your WoDs run too deep into enemy territory. After surviving the initial wave of attackers with your marketplace intact, the rest of the quest should flow pretty easily. Build another kryta temples to increase the number of skeletons roaming the map. You'll receive a few Wendigos, which are quite handy for taking out Ratmen champions and goblin overlords!
