Description: Properly sealed with the Tholarian Signet, this spellbook allows any Hero to use the Wizard spells FireShield, Resist Magic, FireBlast and Teleport.
Usable by: All Classes except Wizard
Effects: Resist Magic, FireShield, FireBlast, Teleport (Short) spells.
Found: After sealing an Apprentice Spellbook with the Tholarian Signet Ring in the Abandoned Library. See Merlan's Rumours for more information.
