The Sovereign's Head is a tavern in Valmorgen. This is where you meet the Elderly Man, who gives you the Royal Tholarian Scepter Quest. Characters with the Entertaining skill can entertain the patrons here, earning 1-12 Gold per turn (and little amounts of XP).
